ADR-008: Safari is deferred

Status: Accepted

Decision: Safari support is deferred until Chrome and Firefox are stable.

Why: Safari has no sidePanel, offscreen, identity, or a blocking webRequest. Shipping it needs an Xcode wrapper, the Apple Developer Program, and a $99 yearly fee with a review of each release. The extension tab, which operates on all browsers already, is the surface such a build would use.
